The incident took place prior to the Chiefs’ 17-10 victory over the Ravens, when Kelce was seen furiously moving Tucker’s gear as the celebrated kicker warmed up atIn the ensuing days, Kelce, and Mahomes have both shared their version of events with reporters and ESPN’s Pat McAfee, not to mention the Chiefs tight end’s own podcast. Naturally, Kelce and Mahomes pointed the finger at Tucker, who they claim was playing head games by failing to move his gear out of the way to allow Chiefs players to warm up properly.

‘I don’t need to hear you b****ing and complaining about the warmup procedure with what happened to Justin Tucker,’ Gelb continued. ‘And I told you earlier in the week, that, initially, my brain is telling me, Kansas City is going to win the Super Bowl because you can’t pick against Patrick Mahomes. My gut, though, is starting to tell me that it’s going to be the 49ers.’Because even though the 49ers are the favorite, it feels like no one is picking the 49ers because everyone is telling you ‘you can’t bet against Patrick Mahomes.’

‘And I don’t think Mahomes and Kelce are unlikable. But in this case, they come off unlikable here. Enough about going after Justin Tucker and the pregame routine. You won the game. Move on. Stop dragging your feet and crying and moaning about Justin Tucker. Who gives a rat’s ass?’As Kelce explained earlier on his weekly podcast, New Heights, Tucker is known for playing head games with opponents while warming up on their end of the field.

‘Don’t look at me as the bad guy,’ Travis told his brother Jason, the Philadelphia Eagles center. ‘He was poking the bear.’

‘I had multiple people text me at the end of the game, middle of the game, like: ”What’s Travis doing?”’ Jason said.
