Rapper Frost Says He Knows How Eazy-E Contracted AIDS

Since this summer’s release of the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton, discussions of Eazy-E’s life and the battle he lost to AIDS have made it to the forefront of the hip-hop world for the first time in years.

In an interview for the documentary For The Record The Story of Latinos in Hip Hop, rap pioneer Frost opened up about his relationship with Eazy-E and the final weeks of the N.W.A rapper’s life.

Frost says he believes that there was some sort of conspiracy and that Eazy-E contracted AIDS after someone purposely gave him acupuncture needles tainted with the virus.

“How else can somebody die that fast from AIDS? Have you even heard of somebody dying in two weeks of AIDS, bro?”

It’s important to note that Eazy-E didn’t suddenly die of AIDS in two weeks, but only found out he had the disease a few weeks before it took his life.

Frost goes on to talk about his theory that other rappers have also met their demise because of their lyrical content.

“Those are marksmen, government f—ing snipers,” he says of rappers who have been shot down, including Biggie and Tupac.
