Kansas City Chiefs standout Travis Kelce made an appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show” this Thursday, and tackled the swirling rumors of his alleged connection with music sensation, Taylor Swift.

“It’s hilarious how much traction this has gotten,” he quipped, comparing the situation to the childhood game of “telephone, where everyone is whispering in everyone’s ear and hearing random stuff.”

He noted that nobody truly comprehends what’s transpiring, especially when his own brother, Jason Kelce, made an appearance on live television, leaving the masses guessing.

The older Kelce, Jason, had joined “The Pat McAfee Show” the day before and had initially played coy, stressing his desire to keep Travis’ love life under wraps.

But then, in a moment of apparent candor, he dropped a bombshell, stating, “Having said that, man, I think they’re doing great and I think it’s all 100% true, and I hope this thing goes a mile — no, I’m joking, I don’t know what’s happening.”

In the middle of this innuendo, Travis Kelce is remaining calm. Nonchalantly brushing off the drama, he summed it up, declaring:

“Nah, that’s life, baby.”

Also, he revealed his own playful involvement in the spectacle, recounting:

“I mean, I threw it out there. I threw the ball in her court. I told her, you know, ‘I’ve seen you rock the stage in Arrowhead. You might have to see me rock the stage in Arrowhead and see which one is a little more lit.’ We’ll see what happens in the near future.”

On the other hand, Barstool Sports owner, Dave Portney believes Travis Kelce is capitalizing on Taylor Swift’s fame for personal gain.

Taking to X, Dave wrote;

“You know what? I ride with Keegs on this one. I Think Travis Kelce Is Using Taylor Swift For Clout.”

While, NFL fans cannot keep calm about the Kelce-Swift fiasco.

On the Pat McAfee show, Travis also revealed that he’s put his knee injury firmly in the rearview mirror.

This injury had forced him to watch from the sidelines during his team’s season-opening game.

Next, Travis and his Chiefs are gearing up to host the Chicago Bears this Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET.
