“F***Ing D**K” – Travis Kelce Goes On A Profanity-Laden Rant Against Ravens’ Justin Tucker

In the latest episode of the “New Heights” podcast, Chiefs” tight end Travis Kelce, joined by his brother Jason Kelce, went on an NSFW rant directed at Ravens” kicker Justin Tucker.

Apparently, in a pregame interaction in January 2024, tensions arose between Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

The incident involved Tucker stretching and having equipment in Mahomes” warm-up area. Mahomes responded by throwing Tucker”s kicking tee, with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce kicking Tucker”s footballs.

Mahomes also discarded Tucker”s practice kicking holder and asked him to move his helmet while he was stretching. Kelce further escalated the situation by throwing away two footballs and a Ravens helmet.

“If you want to be a f—ing d— about it, you keep your helmet and your football and your f—ing kicking tee right where the quarterbacks are warming up . … If you”re not going to pick that up, I”ll happily move that for you,” Kelce said while addressing the incident on the podcast.

Kelce explained the usual pregame routine, where each team has half of the field for warm-ups. Kickers and punters can use both sides for practice, but they are expected to stay away from opposing players when they go to the other side.

In the wake of the incident, Kelce also described Justin Tucker”s actions as a joking and competitive gesture but mentioned they weren”t in a joking mood that day and were ready to compete.

“Justin came out and he said it was more of a joking gesture and kind of a fun, competitive [move] and I get it,” Kelce explained. “He was kind of winking at me, being a d— about it, trying to get under the skin. … We just weren”t in a joking mood. We were ready to get after it.”

Additionally, Kelce apologized if they took it to a level Tucker didn”t expect but asserted that if Tucker acted in a certain way, he could one-up him every time, mentioning that he felt provoked.

Earlier, On Tuesday, Patrick Mahomes echoed Travis Kelce”s stance on the incident on 610 Sports Radio in Kansas City. He stated that Tucker is the only kicker who violated the unwritten rules of warm-up etiquette during his seven-year NFL career. Mahomes mentioned that Tucker seemed to be trying to get under their skin, and although Mahomes initially considered letting it slide, Kelce took action.

However, Justin Tucker, on the other hand, downplayed the incident in an interview on Monday. He considered it as “gamesmanship” and “all in good fun.”
